All orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding French public holidays).
Orders placed before 2pm are sent the same day (excluding promotional periods).
When your package is handed over to the carrier, an email is sent to you, this email contains your package tracking number.

Transport costs are applied according to the nature of your order.
Caution: In case of return of the parcel for unclaimed of its instance to your post office (generally 15 days) after receiving a notice in letter box and in case of a return due to a wrong address detail, we will apply again the shipping costs according to your destination for the reshipment of your package.
During promotional periods, sales and summer, delivery times may be longer than usual.

- In Parcel Depot
From 60 € purchase, the delivery of your order has to automatically be countersigned. You then confirm the receipt of your order by signing the delivery slip.
Another member of your family can also receive the package for you.
In Parcel Depot (With Colissimo)
You can also choose the Parcel Depot, you then choose the one that suits you best from a list of those near you.
You then confirm the receipt of your order by signing the delivery slip.
You will be asked to show proof of identity to collect your parcel.
Notice of passage
If the package could not be delivered directly to the addressee, the delivery driver must leave a delivery notice containing essential information in order to organise a new delivery, or the contact details and address of a Parcel Depot where the package will be delivered.
We remind our customers that pearls.paris parcels are neutral and devoid of any inscription of our name/brand.

From Monday to Friday (7am - 6pm).
Is your order late?
The logistics department at pearls.paris does everything possible to reduce delays. Nevertheless, we can not guarantee delivery times which could be subject to possible unforeseen events. However, we work closely with our carriers to deliver all our orders on time and be able to satisfy our customers.
If you notice an unusual delivery time for an order, we invite you to contact our customer service.
The packaging is neutral and has no distinctive sign that could lead to identify the origin of your package or its contents.
